Growth & Expansion
- Barrington, NJ facility added in January.
- Ellenboro, NC co-packer location added in May.
- Huntsville, AL facility added in May.
- Bridgeville, DE co-packer location added in September.
- Lordstown, OH facility added in September.
- Millwood’s corporate office began a construction project in December for an additional building.
Making an Impact
- Inspirational, evangelical speakers visited Millwood locations across the country throughout 2023.
- A Millwood location hosted a tour for high-school graduates in June.
- Team members assisted their communities for back to school season in September.
- Millwood chaplains visited Guatemala to distribute food to families in need in October.
- Ohio team members participated in the 15th annual Shop Til You Drop event benefiting local missions and organizations in November.
- Team members packed and shipped gift boxes for children in need in December.
Celebrating Fellowship
- We celebrated Millwood team members across the country for Employee Appreciation Day in March.
- Team members gathered to hear what God is doing at our 11th annual Millwood Gathering in May.
- Team members participated in a wide variety of outdoor activities throughout the summer.
- A Millwood team celebrated Hispanic Heritage Day and 15+ year anniversaries in September.
- A Millwood-sponsored soccer team won their championship game in September.
- Teams across the country gathered in gratitude throughout the fall months.
- Millwood held its annual Management Meeting in October.
- We celebrated World Kindness Day with a video from Millwood’s children in November.
Achievements in Safety and More
- Lugoff, SC reached its fourth year without an accident in February.
- Florence, SC achieved its one year accident-free anniversary in March.
- Glenwillow, OH celebrated three years accident-free in March.
- Waterford, NY reached one year accident-free in April.
- Cleveland, OH/CCPC celebrated its one year anniversary as a Millwood facility and its first accident-free anniversary in May.
- Simpsonville, SC achieved a year without an accident in July.
- Hamilton, OH celebrated its accident-free anniversary in August.
- Leetsdale, PA celebrated two years accident-free in September.
- Vienna, OH reached three years accident-free in October.
- Millwood accepted the 2023 Excellence in Manufacturing Award from the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber in November.
