Driven by Faith: Millwood's Impact on Communities Through Expansion

Our mission is that all who come in contact with Millwood would clearly see the love of Christ in all that we do. Through Him, Millwood team members have been and continue to shine a light in the marketplace, which has led to several growth opportunities over the last couple of years.

That growth trajectory includes expansions in Alabama, Texas and New Jersey and is being extended to the heart of our business at the corporate headquarters in Vienna, OH.

In the coming months, Millwood plans to invest $5 million and construct a 17,000-square-foot addition to our corporate office.

“We’re excited about it,” Millwood Chief Financial Officer Bruce Krarup said. “I think it’s a great opportunity for the company, and we will continue to partner and grow in Trumbull County.”

Millwood has been headquartered in Trumbull County for over 30 years. The tax revenue generated by the project will benefit Trumbull County and Vienna Township. Mathews schools in Vienna will receive an estimated $25,000 per year in taxes once the addition is completed.

“Millwood is grateful for the support that Trumbull County and Vienna Township officials have given us during this process. It’s a great opportunity to partner with them in helping us fuel growth here in the Mahoning Valley,” Communications Manager Josh Stipanovich said.

“Putting in $5 million of your own money is putting your money where your mouth is,” said Trumbull County Commissioner Mauro Cantalamessa.

The plans for this expansion come weeks after Millwood announced our newest location in nearby Lordstown, OH, also in Trumbull County, which has brought nearly 20 jobs to the area.

Looking ahead into 2024, we are eager to see what opportunities God has in store for Millwood, our team members, vendors, customers and the communities we serve in.
