On October 18-19, team members from across the country gathered for Millwood’s annual Management Meeting, held this year at Avalon the Grand Resort in Warren, OH. The meeting included a review of the previous fiscal year and a look ahead at fiscal year 2024.
The theme of the event was One Heart, One Mind, emphasizing the many ways in which the expansive and far-reaching Millwood family operates as one unit, with one goal: to show the love of Christ.
The first day began with breakfast and worship with gospel musician Will Collens. Collens performed for about an hour before Millwood Co-Owners Chip Trebilcock and Steve Miller welcomed team members. After the brief welcome, team members donned their safety glasses and boarded buses bound for nearby Millwood facilities.
Team members from across the country were able to experience facility tours, learning more about Millwood‘s offerings and getting a behind-the-scenes look at the production process.
Millwood also honors high-performing facilities and sales teams with a variety of awards each year. These awards recognize improvements in safety, turnover, profits, professional growth and more. Facilities who reached significant safety milestones were also recognized.
After a year of massive success and blessings, Millwood was honored to recognize more award recipients than ever before.
