November 13 is World Kindness Day, a day set aside to acknowledge the importance of kindness. It reminds us that a single gesture of kindness can resonate and make a significant impact on someone’s life.
This year, Millwood tasked our team members with filming their children’s perspective on kindness, which we compiled into one video called Kids Say the Kindest Things. The children, with their unscripted honesty, offered a refreshing perspective on what it means to be kind.
World Kindness Day at Millwood goes beyond a single day on the calendar. It's part of a larger, continuous effort to influence the world positively by remaining a light in the marketplace. Our mission is that all who come in contact with Millwood would clearly see the love of Christ in all that we do; in alignment with that mission, kindness is a paramount value at Millwood.
