Millwood’s Cleveland, OH facility first joined the Millwood family in May of 2022, and since then, they have remained an accident-free operation.
They reached their
1-year
anniversary with Millwood, as well as their
1-year
accident-free anniversary, on May 2. The team celebrated this achievement as well as Plant Manager JR Usrey’s 35th anniversary with the facility on May 23.
Regional HR and Safety Manager Dave Stewart and District Manager Dave Gay were also in attendance. Both shared messages of appreciation and support for JR and the team. The team also received a message of recognition and gratitude from SBU Director, Safety and Human Resources Justin Lehr.
“This is an outstanding milestone and very worthy of the congratulations,” Justin said.
“I
want to commend the Cleveland, OH team on all of the hard work it takes to reach this mark, but also to recognize the steadfast commitment to standards the Cleveland, OH leadership and team members continue to put forth, week in and week out.”
This message was shared with the team during the celebration.
“It was such a positive impact and message for our team,” Plant Administrator Charlene Usrey said.
Congratulations to the Cleveland team for this accomplishment. Safety is no accident - it takes dedication and commitment to reach the standard that this team has achieved. Millwood’s mission is that all who come in contact with us could clearly see the love of Christ in all that we do. Each team member at this facility continues to strive for that mission each day that they prioritize the safety of themselves and their fellow team members.
