Millwood, Inc. acquired its first Texas and 34th location nationwide. Millwood Co-owners and Partners Chip Trebilcock and Steve Miller finalized the acquisition on August 8 when they and other operations and HR management traveled to Austin Pallet Company in Pflugerville, TX to meet with management and team members currently transitioning to the Millwood family.
Millwood opened its 33rd facility in May with our second Florence, SC facility, Florence 2, which is on the same street as our original Florence facility. Florence 2 assemble s boxes while the original facility continue s to build pallets and crates.
Millwood’s corporate office was recently named as a Great Place to Work in the Youngstown Business Journal, a publication for the area near our corporate office in Vienna, OH. Two nominations, from corporate team members Josh Stipanovich, multimedia manager, and Chad McConnell, sourcing manager, were featured in the publication.

On March 28-31, several members of Millwood’s sales team attended their first in-person trade show in two years, Modex 2022 hosted by MHI (Material Handling Industries) in Atlanta, GA. The team was supported by Trade Show Manager Paige Greene and resulted in hundreds of new leads for Millwood over the course of four days.

The theme of the event was “ Make a Difference, ” based on 1 Corinthians 11:1, which reads, “Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ.”
