Vienna Team Celebrates Four Years Accident-Free

Millwood’s Vienna, OH team reached four years without an accident at their facility on October 22 and celebrated as a team on October 24.

Plant Manager Tom Booth and the location’s Chaplain, Randy Bartlett, congratulated and thanked the team for their hard work in making this milestone happen.

“It is certainly a great accomplishment by the team that I’m fortunate enough to work with,” Tom said.

Tom also stated that the team functions like a family that watches out for and takes care of its team members by prioritizing working safely.

“The team members are like family and watch out for each other’s well-being and know that safety is of the utmost importance,” he said. “We want each and every team member to go home to their family safely at the end of every shift.”

For teams hoping to reach a similar milestone, Tom advised focusing on training and education.

“Educate your team on the importance of PPE and safety and the consequences if we do not adhere to or abide by these standards,” he said.

Millwood’s mission is that all who come in contact with our company would clearly see the love of Christ in all that we do. That love is shown through team members who care for one another and help keep each other safe. We give God the glory for this accomplishment and blessing.
