Meet Millwood’s 2023 Pillar Award Winners!

The foundation of Millwood is our mission that all who come in contact with our company would clearly see the love of Christ in all that we do. Our pillars are firmly rooted in four values that reflect that love: Trust, Servitude Discipleship and Integrity.

Trust: To exhibit trust in our interactions with customers, suppliers and one another. But, above all, to trust in God for guidance. By doing so, we’ll earn trust, which is the assured reliance of doing the right thing.

Servitude: To forge a work environment where serving others always takes precedence. An attitude of selflessness becomes a way of life. Success has nothing to do with the things we accomplish in life. True success is measured by how we serve others.

Discipleship: To develop our team members to have value and pride in all that they do. And, to help them grow as good stewards in business, family and community. It is a standard for us to extend into the future.

Integrity: To always do what is right without regard to difficulty or convenience. Our character and, ultimately, our success will be based upon our integrity, fairness and honesty.

The Pillar Award is the highest award within Millwood and is designed to honor individuals who not only uphold these values but also exemplify them in their day-to-day interactions with their teams.

This year, a winner was selected from each of our locations and each department across the company. Winners were celebrated at each location’s Christmas parties.

Congratulations to our 2023 Pillar Award recipients. We are honored and blessed to have you as part of the Millwood family.
