Fun Fact Friday: What Are Millwood’s Pillars?

Millwood, Inc. has been a faith-based, mission-forward company from the very beginning. When our company was founded, owners Chip Trebilcock and Steve Miller knew that the love of Christ would be the driving force behind our operations and overall success . Our mission is that all who come in contact with Millwood would clearly see that love in all we do.

Our commitment to God, our customers and our team members is demonstrated by our four pillars : Trust, Servitude, Discipleship and Integrity.

These pillars encapsulate the ethos of Millwood and serve as a guide on the path to success. When an action is called into question, we fall back on these principles for guidance.

Trust represents not just our trust in each other , but in God’s plan. That trust runs deep and keeps us squarely centered on our mission, allowing us to receive trust from others in return.

Servitude highlights the importance of pouring into others, whether it’s at work, home or in the community. We prioritize serving one another so that we each can go further.

Discipleship is something we hope to foster in each team member at Millwood, encouraging them to have pride in their work and be good stewards outside of work as well.

Integrity means doing what is right even when no one is watching. Acting with the utmost integrity is our top priority at Millwood, driving our business practices with our customers, team members, vendors and anyone else we come in contact with.

While Millwood is a faith-based company, these principles apply inclusively to everyone we interact with, regardless of where they are from or what they believe.

Because these pillars are so dear to us as a company, we hold them in the highest regard. Millwood’s most prestigious award is named after our pillars and is awarded each year to team members at each location who go above and beyond in living out these foundational principles.
